This is what St. Thomas looks like as you dock at the pier. This is a great island. Plenty to do, very walkable and prices are reasonable.

One of the wild donkeys you see on St. John. Took a Jeep tour of the island and had a ball. Very lush. Not much to do but eat at one of a few quaint spots, or soak up the sun.

Catalina Island off the coast of the Dominican Republic is a national park that is leased out to the cruise ships. Lots of sun, and not much else except of few Tiki Huts to sell you something - everything.
