Jaiefam Odeh, 32 was arrested at 9:00 pm Monday as Floyd County Police executed a search warrant. According to County Jail records, Odeh is charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of the drug with intent to distribute, and possession within one-thousand feet of a school, in addition to felony theft-by-receiving.
Meanwhile, between $60,000 and $70,000 worth of Pirelli tires have been recovered by authorities in Floyd County, who arrested Fares Mohammad Samha, 32, also of Rome as he was unloading the tires at his home about 5:00 p.m. Monday. According to Floyd County Jail records, Samha faces a single count of felony theft-by-receiving.
