Undercover officers of the Polk County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested two individuals Tuesday afternoon after what authorities say was an undercover drug deal. Polk County Police Chief Kenny Dodd says 23 year old Dennis Glover and 51 year old Tammy Phillips, both of Cedartown, were arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana, conspiracy to distribute marijuana, and abandonment of a controlled substance. Glover remained in Polk County Jail Wednesday afternoon while Tammy Phillips was released on a $7,100 property bond.
