Three women have been arrested on prostitution charges at two separate locations in Rome. The first, arrested late last night near the intersection of Martha Berry and 10th has been identified as 22-year-old Lorrie Jane Ponder of Cedartown. Arrested early this morning near Turner McCall and East 9th were 33-year-old Kelly Teneil Diamond and 47-year-old Niecey Sims..both of Rome. In addition to prostitution charges, Ponder and Diamond face addition charges of cocaine possession. Agents of the Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force made the arrests. According to County Jail records..each of the women stated they would perform sexual favors for $20.
