A Rome man wanted by Cherokee County, Alabama authorities for manufacturing methamphetamine was arrested during a traffic stop on Alabama Highway at Shorter Industrial Boulevard Tuesday.
The body of Sarah Ortiz of Valley Head was positively identified Monday by forensics in Huntsville.
